What is the Exchange/Refund Policy?

   We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product. Please email us at customercare@silkyskincustard.com within 14 days of your delivery to let us know your concern. We will work quickly and diligently to resolve your issue.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure that every item that gets sent out is of high quality.   However, if you have any concern about a damaged or faulty item, please email us at customercare@silkyskincustard.com as soon as possible. 

U.S.  S H I P P I N G 

Items ordered will ship within 2 business days, as our products are made to order to ensure freshness. We ship through USPS. You will receive tracking information once your order is filled and shipped. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 3–5 business days. 


Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance. 


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times so there is a very small window to cancel or change the details of your order. If you need to change your shipping address info, please write to us immediately at customercare@silkyskincustard.com. We will try our best to make the changes before it ships out, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so once it has started being fulfilled. 


All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your delivery address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take from 7-30 business days to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. We are not responsible for lost international packages. Tracking information is also provided. But please note that it may have delayed updates once your package crosses out of USA borders
