What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure that every item that gets sent out is of high quality.   However, if you have any concern about a damaged or faulty item, please email us at customercare@silkyskincustard.com as soon as possible.

Items ordered will ship within 2 business days, as our products are made to order to ensure freshness. We ship through USPS. You will receive tracking information once your order is filled and shipped. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 3–5 business days.

If Customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders can take from 7-30 business days to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Tracking information is also provided. But please note that it may have delayed updates once your package crosses out of USA borders.
